Next, rate how well each goal was done. When some goals are more essential than others, give them more weight. The strategy with the highest overall score is most likely to be your winner, so choose it. What does the group do next? They ask, “Is this strategy a good idea?”

For example, strategies that use new technology or methods that haven’t been tried might not work. If the strategy isn’t likely to work, a feasibility study can look into whether it will work without taking too much time or money.
