Figure out who your project’s stakeholders are and how to work with them can be hard. Each stakeholder should be grouped by how important or interested they are in the project. That helps you figure out which people are important to work with so you can keep track of how much time you spend with them. Finally, write down what each stakeholder did for the project, so you know what to expect from them and who to ask for help.
